My skills in setting up and customizing cs:cz servers are coming to an end, and i really just need one last major server with all plugins etc, and then som minor fixing on the servers i setup...

Got it working,
Needed a .htaccess file in /czero/ directory with "Options +Indexes" written into it.
My provider had directory listing disabled by default.. hence the "Options +Indexes"

EDIT:

I can however, download the files by typing the full directory... maps, sounds etc. downloads in chrome

When there is 0 players on the server, 4 bots should be available.
When 1 player joins 1 bot leaves, so 1 player + 3 bots (2vs2)

It must be possible.. i just visited a full server, and got redirected to another..

EDIT:
Fyi, i just used a /server command on a server and it did work. So saying that it no longer words is...
