Hello, I need a plugin for AWP Custom Rounds.

I need a plugin where I can change the weapons of the round, and it should have an interval of rounds, every 3 rounds a random round from the config...

Kicked my friend out of the server, now he can't join.

Kicked my friend out of the server, now he can't join, he's saying that he's getting the error "SteamID is not valid", what should I do ? I vote kicked him as a joke.
