there we aren't using steam, only ips, cuz in my country cs players dont know what is steam... and i'm interested, some players can't join, You have no entry to server and what is it? how to fix it

So, i changed amxmodx again, and now it changed map, but i used amxmodx installer 1.8.1 and it's Only important plugins, not anything added, and map changed succesfuly, was lag but it isn't problem,...
