If you have es_tools installed too on your server, then that is the problem.
Remove it and the dupleing will be gone.

Yes and no.
Somehow the FTP has screwd up on the server and i cannot get in.
Currently my hoster is trying tho figure out what could be the problem, so if i can get in and dl it i will send it to...

Players cannot turn off showing the damage report.
They turn it of and after some round or map it will show up again, even when it's tuned off.
It's a really old bug.

No error logs or something.
