Is it possible to use csgo cheats written in c++ or c# to somehow use them on a sourcemod server. Like im not meaning a cheat menu but things like backtracking, autostrafe and things like that.

How do i enable glow on other players if its possible, and is enabling it on bots possible?
And can i use the chat to change stuff like for example !glow or something like that.
