Why there is light everywhere?

There's light in the all map but I didn't put lights in all the map.
So why there is light where there isn't light object / skybox?
how can I change it back?

Hey!
I started to build a map in Value Hammer Editor, but i had a problem.
I can't change the map size (widtht & hight).
Can anyone tell me how can i change the map size?
