How would I go about choosing different map lists for rtv, nominate, and the default rotation?

changing my maplists.cfg doesn't seem to work for everything.

Seems like I need to find a server command that breaks this...

My arena.cfg doesn't have any commands that would break this and that aren't already in my server.cfg, so I don't know why it breaks...
