That will work too, but not an approver. Mostly it would be the moderator. As fast as he sees a new
plugin gets approved, he will add it there. That's just a suggestion.

I will test the plugin to see if it's working or not and if the author is inactive and can't fix it, I will report it. To see if he is inactive or not, i will go on his profile to see the last time...

Maybe one day they will come back and approve plugins without having the same knowledge they had when they were accepted on being a plugin approver. Maybe they will vouch for people, even tho they...

How can you be so sure that they have spoken with the administrators?

Why would you ask him if you know or the majority of you know that it's a horrible plugin?
If he approves a friends plugin, is it okay or it's considered as abuse?

Can you add or get more plugin approvers? Majority of them are in-active or lazy.
There's good coders and nice people out there.
