Safe zones

I need a plugin to make some safe zones. Safe zones means that CT and T can't attack/kill each other in them. Need it for CS:GO

No more than 1 weapon

There are some maps when shoot a button , it gives you weapon
In that maps are a lot of buttons, if you shoot them fast u can get 2 primary weapons
Help me find or make a plugin that don't allow 2...
