what is your sm version? and look in your logs folder (addons/sourcemod/logs you find a error_*****.log?

thanks Shavit, but what, i mean is "shavit-chatranks.cfg"^^ i dont see this file on your github, the user like a custom rank ([Beginner], [Trained], [Expert], or [Bhop Legend]) :bacon!:
