i have an old unused pc and would like to make cs1.6 server
i want it run 32 slots 1000 FPS stable+some amxmod plugins
what are the requirements for such server
pc is like AMD Phenom II X4...

at least i saw much of cheaters on VAC servers.
maybe some plugin that will check END/DEL etc buttons which can activate cheats?

i just installed hlds cs 1.6 through steam cmd. (+metamod. amxmodx.)
and now i just wondering, what is the best server settings for full 32 slots?
my dedicated server is icore3, 4gb...
