Well, i redownloaded all 3 files.
Still the mistake, but this time i just changed the lines from
"command" "sm_map "{MAP_NAME}"" --> "command" "sm_map {MAP_NAME}"and everything seems to work.

Actually i had to delete the " in the following lines, now it seems to work:

line 132
"command" "sm_map {MAP_NAME}"

line 174
"command" "sm_silence {TARGET_ID}"

I thought that too alread, so i umcommented(?) it at first, now i deleted and the result is: Its happening to the next vote...

KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got empty keyname in file...
