If anyone know's how to edit the models to remove the shoulders head that part of the body, but keep the model rigging the same i would have a crack at it.

Yes legs would be nice, altho if you attach the legs to the viewmodell they come predicted it's just letting the client know what sequence to play to the model without the server telling it to :P,...
