You likely compiled the extension against the master branch, which has a higher ISourceMod interface version. Recompile after switching to the 1.9-dev branch, or upgrade to SM 1.10.x.

Sounds like outdated PTaH.

Edit: actually, looks like AlwaysWeaponSkins needed an update as well. Make sure you have the latest of that. It could cause the same issue.

IVP errors sound like outdated SDKTools or PTaH. Without the updated GiveNamedItem calls in those, given items get sent to randomish coordinates.

DHooks does not need updated for game updates.

If crashes stop occurring without DHooks loaded, it's because a plugin that uses DHooks has outdated gamedata. DHooks itself is not the issue.

I pushed some new gamedata now. Also, some of it that was pushed last night wasn't updated on the SourceMod gamedata updater. That's been corrected as well.

There still may be issues with FFA, but...

That's what the CheckCommandAccess check is for there. Use the existing admin config files to override "BypassPremiumCheck" for who you want to bypass.

DHooks itself does not use gamedata. You'll need to ask in the thread of the plugin you have that uses DHooks and does have gamedata.

Your best bets are to install Accelerator to get a crash dump generated, hoping that it gives a hint to the cause, and trying to narrow down which plugin(s) you have that are triggering it.

HasLicenseForApp would be the equivalent to the DLC check, but it has no equivalent for the subscription check. (Steam_CheckClientSubscription)

That said, looks like it's not needed for CS:GO due...

Datadesc vars are not inherently networked. While you can look them up to change them, no one else (including yourself in some cases) would see the change unless the var is also in the send table.
