Here is a version with a older sourcebans.inc (requires sourcebans 1.6.0 up to 1.6.2 (1.6.3-dev will not supported!))

SourceBans_BanPlayer was added with sourcebans++ 1.6.0, so you should increase the requirement to Sourcebans++ 1.6.0 and higher.
