I'm actually using SQLite bans which is a single server banning method ( which is terrible for multiple servers lmao ), you should just send me your version of sourcebans and a link and I'll try to...

Try replacing the native that gives error to "SBBanPlayer" instead of SourceBans_BanPlayer or whatever it is right now.

Do you have sourcebans? If yes then I have no clue why he chose SourceBans_BanPlayer as it's likely wrong and you can find the right function googling "sourcebans.inc"

Why on earth would you use an anti-cheat for a gamemode that is a cheat by itself from the standard gameplay?

Seriously though why does an aimbot made by sourcemod not capable of triggering a ban? I don't intend to ever install cheats to even test it.
