Well... Eh, you could use IPCop and install that on a separate box to act as a firewall/router, its more secure/reliable, but takes more work to operate since it wont have x-windows... That would be...

Check your firewall settings, if firewall is active, add the appropriate ports to the allowed list.

Are you talking about your subnet mask? (That should be 255.255.255.0)
Gateway should be your router's ip address. and then internal ip is w/e...

Check the servers internal IP address match it with the router's port forwarding, and return to me with results. :)
