Hello, i'm making a custom gamemode and i need the T side to be completely silent, can anyone make a plugin that disables footsteps for 1 team that can be toggled with a cvar or commands?

I have "sm_startmoney_alternate 1" "sm_startmoney_t 500" "sm_startmoney_ct 400" in one of my config files, when i exec the config file and restart the game nothing happens, both teams still start...
