ok so i changed that to 0. so that should probably change it right? it seems that yeah it is moving players that die early in the round.

ok so I keep having the "play" sound going off for round starts and when i join the map... i deleted the actual text from the config file and set it to 0 but it still plays... what am i doing wrong?...

no actually my problem is this.... dead can talk to dead regardless of team. dead can hear alive on their own team, but i want it so that dead can hear both teams alive players. does that make sense?

ok so sm_cvar sm_deadtalk -2 helped me fix the issue of when dead the 2 teams can talk to each other. how about making it so when dead they can hear everyone? dead or alive?
