300.0 isn't that high in game measurements. That's not a bug. The Jump ability is supposed to make the Tank jump constantly off the ground.

What version of SourceMod are you on?

The requirements portion of the main post says you need at least SM 1.10.0.6352 or higher.

Just for future reference:

When a client disconnects, it counts as their entity being deleted. You don't need to use SDKUnhook on clients when they leave since it's automatic.

You could try using the player_disconnect event. It's only called when a player disconnects from the server, so it shouldn't be called across map change. Same with the player_connect event.

Seconded.

OnClientPutInServer() is the way to go.

For late loads, you can use a for () loop on OnPluginStart() or OnMapStart().

Does this even work with the Witch? The Witch is an entity, not a client like the other special infected, so looping through clients to find the Witch won't work because you have to look for her...
