I have this problem to.
This problem shows only when you enable the plugins AMXMODX.
The same error would be shown, whatever a plugin I enable.

i'm found this problem. i think problem is +map de_dust2. +map de_dust2 be excluded to from launcher setting. problem solve. thanks for all.
