Well, I'm unsure what the actual problem was.
I updated to sourcemod-1.10-6543 and the problem seems to have gone away.

I suspect your guess about file permissions is on the right track, maybe...

As far as I can tell, everything is fine permission wise. File itself is 644 (rw/r/r) and is owned by the correct user :|

I'm not using a GSP yet, I'm hosting it on a computer I own using Pterodactyl panel (trying to test out/sort out the config first)

Yes, I'm modifying the correct file, I've checked the path.
The file is okay on the server file system, it just seems to be ignoring the value I set there.

I have installed the plugin and Steamworks, and setup my Faceit API Key (and tested it directly against the API), but I never get the levels...

I've been trying to use this plugins (and the Weapons and Knives one), but I'm getting an error related to FollowCSGOGuidelines config. I have set it to "no", but I'm still getting errors...
