Well, I tried the Local IP provided by the command and it worked! I was able to test it completely fine.

I have however determined that no one else can connect to the server. I assume this is due...

Yeah, I'm running it on my PC, I'll give the local IP a try first

As for the port forwarding... Uhhh I'm not sure what that is? It wasn't mentioned in the guide. I definitely didn't make any...
