Did you even read my I said? this version is old and I'm going to re-upload a new version soon.
Btw the plugin creates it's own cfg file that you need to edit, not on the server.cfg

The idea seems nice, but the code has much things to be changed (such as creating the tables, no need in 3 different strings (chars), just use 1 as I did and edit it for each table)

Update:
Changed the health cvar, instead of disable/enable you can set the amount or set to 0 to disable.
sm_vip_health - Amount of health bonus, 0 = Disable

Everything works good in my testing server, can you change the text colors and the tag color ?
