I would think that without a successful windows build since Valves update, the updater is going to roll those files back to the prior build and your failures return.

By using sv_tags in console or through HLSW it will display server tags on that server.

This plugin does not register an sv_tag :)

I came here wondering the same but i don't think Valve is...
