Naw, sourcemod.cfg is a file located in the cfg/sourcemod folder. Open it with Notepad or whatever text editor you use and you'll see a bunch of other SM commands. Just make a new line at the bottom...

LiquidSnake, if you want the advertisements to only appear after you exec a CEVO config, add this anywhere in cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg:

sm_advertisements_enabled 0

And then add this anywhere...
