I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and added the translation file and it has worked great so far.

You are right about both because I did not install it and did not read the instructions.There is a error message about the afk manager in the logs.

Do I need to have them delete it all and then...

It is not there where the first AFK manger had the config and I was told by the person who installed it for me that this one did not come with one.

If they just downloaded the plugin and nothing...

I was told by the people that installed it for me that there is no configuration file.Where would I change this?I am really new at this.

What do I do with the verbose log option?

I can't get this to work at all on my server.I can't configure it either.I'm really new at this stuff.All I did was add the plugin but it seems to run the same as before it was installed.

Does this allow a message that You were kicked for being AFK?

The way it is on my server is it says You were kicked by console.It doesn't explain why.
