T messages don't work in L4D or L4D2. It's a limitation of the game, not the plugin.

For S messages, all the colors noted as supported in S messages work in L4D2 (with the exception that {GREEN}...

Short answer: you can't.

Slightly longer answer: insurgency doesn't have colors like these in it's client.dll like other games too, and even it's limited color support cannot be done without...

Since you're trying red and orange, are you using a "T" style and you think it's a bug? or are you using "S" which...
