It won't work in your advertisements.cfg. You can put the cvar in your server.cfg, or in sourcemod.cfg, which is located in your $basedir/cfg/sourcemod folder.

Remove the flags line from the cfg:

"text" "{ORANGE} visit www.fse-esport.de"
}This will show to all players :) Only use the flags...
