You need to get the latest MySQL driver. For linux you will need the .so file.
Unlike Windows which uses .dll

I've turned on console logging, however, it's still not logging the errors. I will attempt to record my screen. And see what I can come up with.

I just installed this on 2 of my servers, and I'm getting this.. it stalls out and crashes, and about 2-10 crashes later, it finally starts up.
