There is no server map inside the bin folder altough there is a server.dll file. Might it be faultly coded path?

EDIT: got it working, seems like there was some problem with the path in the vdf...

I saw that garrys mod servers have an command namely sv_loadingurl which seems to be awesome, allthough I cant get it to work on my tf2 server.

Whats the point of this mod and what can it do? I dont understand at all.
