There is no difference pre- or post-methodmaps, convar handles have always been cached, and convars do the value conversions when they're set so getting values is just copying memory.

The OnLevelInit provides the extracted entity lump for the current map, you can load it as KeyValues.

Travis arbitrary changed their build environment recently and it caused no end of issues, I suspect this is one of them if older builds worked. I'm looking into it, but it'll probably be at least...

No, it isn't required for Accelerator to function.

It is a diagnostic tool for troubleshooting issues with minidump dumping / local processing.

6273 -> 6274 was just a minor logic change in an API you're almost certainly not using (as it was broken before the change), so I doubt it is related.
