There is no fix, creating clients is taxing on the server and will create a spike, the only solution is to delay the spawning of each SI. You could probably use Left4DHooks forwards L4D_OnSpawnTank...

You have the option with the _stumble cvar and can turn off damage for whichever SI, don't see any other point to completely blocking shoving.

Which version are you using?
Show cvars config. Which infected don't work when you use l4d_shove_handler_stumble? What's the damage set for boomer? I never saw an issue with count not working...

Are you changing the survivor set with Info Editor? In Lux' plugin it says "(don't work if mission.txt edited)" and I guess editing the survivor set in the mission file, which is what Info editor...

"L4D_OnSpawnSpecial" is a pre hook in Left4DHooks which can be blocked.

I see no issue with the M60, which plugin are you using to allow reloading the weapon / picking up ammo etc?

Did it work before with Heartbeat plugin setting the black and white status?
Otherwise that plugin probably should check for "m_bIsOnThirdStrike" in L4D2 or "m_currentReviveCount" == 2 in L4D1....

That plugin would need to integrate with Heartbeat plugin, right now it's ignoring the existence of Heartbeat plugin and setting the values itself for reviving.
