You will need to write script to pull all the addresses, and if a group can be within a prefix range, you form CIDR block from it, I suggest researching CIDR first.

You'll have to find all addresses of NordVPN and form CIDR blocks from it.

Of course, NordVPN wouldn't make that public in a convenient list, so you have to find the address to each of their...

You can disable the built-in messages for the player connects/disconnects, and build your own extending plugin that implements the behavior that you want.

That is not the same as this one. This one builds on top of the existing documented protocol of SCR which serves way different goals and design than that.

I'll need to look into the mentioning, it's possible that I removed it during one commit as it was being abused and generally useless because it requires knowing the ID ahead of hand.

The underneath mentioning works like <@ID> and must be supplied that way, Discord client just shows you a facade of the actual raw content. So to ping the person, you need to supply it in that format...
