I understood you, that's why i said to use web ban, you can do it in 2 ways:
1. Go to Bans>Add ban from web.
2. Click on a server from web, then right click on a player name and ban him from there.

That's not a big problem... why would you add "chat ban" via web and don't you use better addban function ?

I see a "demos" folder there and some options about demos. How can i add a demo when i ban a player in game ? Or can it be added just from web ? If so, how can i add it from web because i don't see...

Seems like it's not working like that...idk why, but even if i put it in console this command with full root acces it will give me: "you do not have access to this command" and seems to do just...
