Whosat, i just saved in utf8 adv.txt attached by Tsunami

Some time ago it works fine (russian text in adv.txt, plugin works). But now... =(

As soon as i save advertisments.txt in utf8 plugin stops working.
This error thrown when i try reload adverts:
