when ever i use the amx_map "mapname" command my server crashes...there is no error..nothing reported in log.. it just dissappears...plz help

i got the plugin to work and the map changes just fine...but after the map changes the freezetime stays at 15 seconds.. n e way to fix this?

i run a lan t1 connection and i use a very good computer but i still get lag, i run the server and cs off same comp but i dont that that would cause problem? (yes/no) also will plugins like ninja...
