Can some one make a simple plugin that would just allow users to type "rules" or "!rules" in chat to bring up the rules webpage?

I can't seem to find one :/

So is there a plugin or can someone make one were if we hit/kill someone with a certain weapon, they would get banned (Sourcebans) for a day. Then We could model that weapon to look like a ban...

There is a bug that allows anyone to be permanently invisible regardless of deaths, class/team changes (with the exception of their weapons or hats showing).

Well i am having a problem with the server that everytime when a death is caused from any plugin (nukem, gas, super admin...) the whole server crashes and shuts down

how can i fix this?
