is the vote after knife round intended for everyone on the server?

coz right now it seems that everyone gets the option to vote, shouldnt it only be available to the team that wono the knife round?

yea i notice this bug, all my hltv demos are ended as soon as the matches on the cs servers are finished, regardless it isnt finished on the hltv server.

i would like say /ct or /t
but would suit also suit a pug situation using vote,

i finally have it figured out.
when you have amx_match_endtype 1 -> Match is finished when a team has won mp_maxrounds+1 rounds.
you are not allowed to enter overtime even if OT is turned on.
