Runemod I believe, is just a bunch of seperate plugins.

All that was needed was to omit each runes plugin and the root plugin for runemod and it should have left you with just CSDM.

uaio IS an amxmodx plugin. if uaio is still running you havent disabled amxmodx

when you type "amx_off" it should say in console "paused X plugins"

Yeah dont even use the included .ini file. Just load the plugins normally as you would in the amxx plugins.ini everything will work fine.

FYI, I am running this Mod again.

That amount of dynamic light I dont think is possible with 1.6, even with the effect shown there if you see that you are still blind that the added effect isnt even seen. Nice job on the effect...
