well I fixed the problem... I deleted the map that i already had and downloaded it from the server (using sv_downloadurl, which seemed to work :\

its mp_consistency

yes I have 1.8

actually I found something in console

amx_super.amxx failed to load Module/Library "cstrike" required for plugin. check modules.ini

amx_super_nospeed.amxx failed to load...

but when I load the server, none of the commands work or even exist

my meta list is
amxmodx_mm.dll
podbot_m.dll
fun_amxx.dll
