I've set this to 0, this helps make chat a lot less laggier but in return on round start it still lags the server.. (I have also noticed player stacking lags the server... see screenshot below)

Generate an mtr report from your computer to the server, then do the same from the server to your pc. Afterwhich, send your provider the reports and let them deal with the problem.

Works great so far.. except it's still pretty bad when the server is 70% <

and i'm pretty sure none of the plugins conflict to force bhop

I've just tried this and it didn't work for me. Error boxes pop up when someone dies and etc..?
EDIT : removed the setplayermodel in the code and will try it now

this should give you a full list of plugins that you can view and see if they've successfully loaded.
