Unfortunately. Nightrider, if you're using KAC, you haven't needed to use rcon_locker for a few months :3.

Well it wasn't Valve that fixed it, it's Hidden Path Entertainment =O, and they've been fixing up a lot of things for us lol.

The player has eventscripts installed on his/her client. Third party mods can be used to cheat on servers ;).

Only groundlist is something to be worried about; the other two not so much. report_entities shouldn't function unless sv_cheats is on, and listserverusermessage doesn't seem to affect any cpu/server...
