small update:
- rewrote some code, Mega Adhesive should no longer interfere with other SI (smoker/jockey)
- fixed an exploit with faster reloading for Double Tap (sorta)
- fixed Pack Rat again......

the pack rat bugs were really bugging me, so I'm sure it annoyed the heck out of everyone else too =P so I released the next update before I got around to implementing everything, mostly just fixes...

yeah, I was aware that pack rat still wasn't bug-free when I released the update... I just haven't had time to really fix it yet. atm it also seems to not work some of the time with some weapon...

Quick hotfix! I'm guessing that a combination of sending menus while players are still loading (major source of kicks in earlier versions), big functions that could be spammed on multiple map changes...
