I know this is late but, you can simply change that value by adjusting the "weapon_pistol_magnum" script's Cycle Time.

After that, you put it into a folder named "scripts", put that into another...

Like I said, all you have to do is download the source sp of the plugin above. And then simply adjust any reference of tanks to whatever Si you desire.

Nevermind. Instead I started messing around the the TankDamageModifier (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2421778) plugin thinking it should be able to work for every other Si with a few...

[L4D2] Dual pistol fire rate, and shotgun reload speed plugin?

Just looking for some simple plugin(s) that allow modification to the Dual Pistol's fire rate, and all of the shotgun's reload speeds. (preferably the Autoshotgun if I had to choose one.) Some cvars...

After compiling a several plugins together, I'm almost at a point where the bots are more efficient then actual players themselves. But, there are two things in particular that are holding them back...
