I shut the server down and started it up again, and the textures worked.

I don't see why the directories should be any different, the model for the necromobile are at...

Not sure. When I first used it, some of the textures were broken for me as well but it seemed to fix itself the next time I hosted :|

Here it is. I don't think the hat tower is in the rar, so you might want to remove that hat from the cfg. I haven't added any other new ones, so everything else should be working fine.

Did you try flipping your slashes when you call the model in your config? I had the slashes backwards and it crashed the server, but when I flipped them they worked fine :|
