Giving projectiles forward velocity

I'm trying to give created projectiles from custom weapons in tf2 velocity. however, I'm getting errors when trying to compile the code. Could someone help me? My code is here (starts at line 11)...

So, I want to make the Sydney Sleeper shoot a crossbow bolt. But when I used projectile override to make it do so, it has no forward velocity. is there anything I can do to give it velocity?

rocket launchers being useless

sorry for almost immediately posting another question, but I just don't know how to fix this, any rocket launcher, grenade launcher, and sticky bomb launcher without preserve_attributes 1 will shoot...

I actually had 2 TF2items loaded, so that fixed that, but now I have this error,

Can't get tf2_manager to work.
