It was meant to fix the zones when they don't show up in the first map after you restart the server.

Why don't you put that on server.cfg? And make sure you have sm_cvar 1 on bspconvar_whitelist.txt

I don't think that the plugin is supported anymore. For now just perma banned them and delete the records from your database.

Thanks man for sharing, what I did is that I just deleted the ckzones I had and reuploaded a backup zones. It works fine for now.
