n/m, figured it out myself...... "mapname".cssdm.cfg to turn on/off DM goes in the cssdm/maps folder, "mapname".cfg with other settings goes into cstrike/maps/cfg folder

I changed it like you said and its still locked down only to each team. I even tried to offset it the other way so only t's could buy the sg550 and its still locked but you can still buy the T side...
