my host recently upgraded mysql server to version 8 but the max_user_connections was changed from 300 to 100 now i get alot of error like below

Connecting to database failed: [1203]: User xxx...

i was going to suggest hook weapon_fire instead
using your method what happens if the player that was hurt is a bad shot?

server is 9/10 should look full
so if admin joins no players will be kicked and it'll be 10/10...

don't think csgo needs to use this anymore

to fix your compile error try

EmitSoundToClientAny(iClient, SOUND_SPRAY_REL, iClient, SNDCHAN_AUTO, SNDLEVEL_NORMAL, SND_NOFLAGS, 0.4);
